positive thinking
I love to eat. As much as I drag myself to the gym this semester break, I would still have plates of rice for lunch and dinner after. I've tried the "no-carbs" diet thing and even though I did lose weight; I felt as weak as a kitten. My brain couldn't function when I'm learning and studying whilst thinking about the savoury rice and bread which are known as Malaysians' staple food. How can you even run from it right? Not only because I was hungry, but I could feel I wasn't getting enough vitamins one person should receive from food. So instead of preventing myself, I decided to embrace it. What if my thighs and rear are inflated so badly (major exaggeration here) that I can't fit into a size 2 pair of pants? I will never demote myself and force my legs into something they can't fit just to prove ideas like "skinny is better" and "yes, I'm just like everyone else now!". I'm nowhere near "normal-looking", but then again, who wants to be? I'd rather be..
That's Kat Dennings, she's voluptuous and beautiful and doesn't care about this calorie baloney! I love her. She's my idol. (one of many..)
Exercise and eating right is the way to go! You're with me right? Right right right? Cool.
3 tissues:
I am sooo with you. Whats the point of living without being able to eat what you love? At least the calories burnt at the gym would allow other calories to fit in haha. (thats my idealogy of working out)
This is so truee. I eat as much as I want to eat, whatever I want to eat because I know I can always lose fat by exercising-- That's what's fun about being human, no?
Azie, thats mine too! haha. I would always have a big bfast after gym. I just lost a 100 calories so another hundred wouldn't hurt! and I actually apply it to my shopping regime too. especially now that I'm running a blog shop. Once a customer buys a shirt, no harm for me to buy a new one! haha
Joe, yes definitely! why torture yourself by not eating when you only have one life to live right? enjoy it while u can! :)
