Of Yvonne Strahovski and pilates

She's gorgeous, she's funny, and she's a slamming bod! My perfect motivation to get fit. I found some magazine articles of her that I'm sure fellow health buffs like me find useful! Though honestly, I haven't tried the moves before. You see, I suck at reading instructions especially regarding exercise so I'd rather watch how-to videos on Youtube. Anyway, here are the pictures.


So cool right? Feels like whipping out a stick and do the moves right now. Erm, maybe that's just me..

Currently, I have been following this Youtube-r who conducts pilates targeting many parts of the body. I have only been doing it for 2 weeks, but now that the new semester has started, the daily 20 minutes exercise (10 in the morning, 10 in the evening) has been reduced to zero minutes. Maybe I should do it on Friday evenings and weekends, where I don't feel like sleeping from waking up early in the morning for class :s Cassey (the pilates expert) has quite a number of videos but I always, always do this one and this one only. My targeted areas..
